When can I return an order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to express your intention to withdraw within 48 hours from the moment the product is delivered and return the item ensuring it arrives at our warehouse within and no later than 14 days from the moment the product was received.

The returned item must be exactly in the same condition as you received it and must have, as much as possible, the same original packaging and all labels.

Additionally, the item must be sent in the same box in which it was received.

If you want to exchange the product for a different one, you will need to place a new order.

Therefore, all items must be returned within 14 days, as established by the D.L. 206/2005. We also remind you that the return must be communicated via email to hello@giorgiafratta.comwithin and no later than 48 hours from the date the product is received.

Items can be returned via any courier at the customer's discretion.

The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

The product return must be made in the following way:

• The products must not have been used and must be exactly in the same condition as they were received.
• The products must be returned in the same original packaging and with all labels.
• You must open your return request within 48 hours from when you received the product by sending an email to customer service.
• Make sure to pack the products well to ensure they are not damaged during transport.
• We recommend keeping the proof of shipment or sending with a courier that provides a tracking number for the shipment.
• As soon as the package arrives and is checked, we will send you an email and, if the product is in good condition, we will confirm the refund. Remember that refund times may take up to 15 working days.
